Sandra Madison, DDS, MS, PLLC

• Graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry where she received her DDS degree. 
• General practice residency at the Iowa City VA Medical Center and advanced training in endodontics at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where she received a MS degree. 
• Ten-year career in teaching at both the Universities of Iowa and North Carolina.

• Private endodontic practice in Asheville, North Carolina  since 1992. 
• Active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association and Trustee to the North Carolina Dental Society

Dr. Madison is actively involved in state and national dental organizations.  As a board certified endodontist, she is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and has served as a Director of the American Board of Endodontics, a trustee of the American Association of Endodontists Foundation, and as President of the American Association of Endodontists.  She is a fellow of the American College of Dentists (FACD) and the International College of Dentists (FICD). 

Dr. Madison continues to serve as an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. She is a well-published clinician and has served as a scientific advisor and on the editorial board of multiple dental journals.  She has three adult children and resides in Asheville with her husband.

Jessica Barr, DDS, MS, PA

• Originally from southeastern Michigan, received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan. 
• Received her Masters of Science in Endodontics from Boston University.
• Active member of the American Association of Endodontists, Tarheel Endodontists Association, North Carolina First District Dental Society, Carolina Mountain Study Club and the Buncombe County Dental Society. 
• Dr. Barr is an officer in both the First District Dental Society and the Buncombe County Dental Society and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. In addition she holds adjunct faculty positions in the Departments of Endodontics at both The University of Michigan and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

She resides in Hendersonville with her husband and two dogs.

David L. Cloutier, D.M.D.

• Graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry where he received his DMD degree.
• Advanced education in general dentistry at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry.
• Advanced specialty training in endodontics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
• Board eligible by the American Board of Endodontics.
• Active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, Academy of General Dentistry, Bumcombe County Dental Society, and the North Carolina First District Dental Society.

Dr. Cloutier resides in Fletcher with his wife and their two sons.
